Hi, I’m Brittany!

Brittany is our founder and CEO. She’s a full-time working millennial in the tech industry, a nutrition coach, fitness enthusiast and NPC Bikini Competitor. Brittany embarked on her fitness journey in 2019 when she was told by her physician during a routine physical that she had high cholesterol. That was the final straw for Brittany, so she immediately set and crushed a weight loss goal, shed 50 unwanted and unhealthy pounds, and the rest was history. Through her work with clients, extensive research and daily learning, she realized that there was a gap that she wanted to fill. She knew there was a need for nutrition education, and she was passionate about filling it. She is formally known for her work with Watch Her Prep, where she worked exclusively with women.

Check out her Voyage feature here. In 2023 she decided to rebrand and extend her outreach to both men and women, as nutrition disparities don’t discriminate gender. She also came to the revelation through preparing all of her meals at home the year of 2023, for her preparation for her bikini competitions, that eating at home was the ultimate game changer, and integral in weight management and sustainability. She loves sharing tasty recipes, tips on macronutrients, and overall guidance on nutrition and the science of nutrition. She firmly believes that if you are able to win with food, you can ultimately crush any health and wellness goal you set out to achieve for yourself.

Nutrition can be overwhelming and confusing, so Brittany loves breaking it down in digestible and easy to understand formats and action plans. Whether you are a busy mom, or low on resources, there are ways that you can still win with food, and make healthy eating sustainable, longterm.
