Why Home 30?
The mission behind Home 30 is ultimately to empower clients to incorporate healthier eating habits by preparing meals at home, majority of the month- hence the name ‘Home 30.’ Research shows that Individuals who cook foods at home, on average, tend to eat a higher quality of food, consume less calories, and manage their weight and BMI better than those who consume a majority of meals via fast food or other sources outside of the home, on a consistent basis. When you prepare your meals at home you have more control over the ingredients, which is the major key.
At Home 30 whether you are enrolling in our Home 30 monthly challenge, or signing up for 1:1 coaching the goal is the same- nutrition science education and support through collaboration, empathy and tough love. We know that nutrition science can be confusing and changing habits takes time. We are not promoting get skinny quick plans, because are main goal is to help clients get to their goals, sustainably. We work with clients through all phases of weight management, whether that be weight loss, weight maintenance, kicking unhealthy habits around their relationship with food, macro counting, and more. Regardless of your specific goal, you have our support.
