The Home 30 challenge is a 30 day challenge where we prepare all of our meals at home. Even if we do not eat those meals at the house, we have prepared them at home. The goal is to empower you to take charge of your nutritional choices, and gain the knowledge to feel empowered to prepare and cook healthy sustainable options at home, regardless of your goal! This is not a wight loss challenge, however, if your goal is weight loss, you will certainly meet your goal. At Home 30 we champion marathon mindsets and making sustainable choices that last long term- even after the 30 days.
I will be walking you through all of my nutrition tips, tricks, ins, and outs of how to work your way towards a healthier, fitter, stronger, and more confident YOU! I will teach you how to implement realistic and sustainable nutritional habits that you can take with you FOREVER. While the goal is to prepare meals at home, we will also demystify how to make great choices when eating at home is not an option OR not the desired choice.
